Jeju Island, Korea... Jeongbang Falls

Welcome to Jeongbang Falls! 

One of the must-go-sees in Jeju :-) Dark clouds started to move in when we were there, sigh, but at least it created a very jurassic park effect hahaha.

Food, food, food! My first pictures of Korean cuisine! 

Two words: TAK SHIOK; meaning super delicious, leaving you so so so satisfied!

So many side dishes, and crab was one of them. Lol. They were all so wonderfully spicy. It seems as if Korean food was one of my long-lost-now-found soulmate! 

Jeju Island, Korea... The Locals Sanctuary

The Locals Sanctuary... Donnaeko Valley  

Since we were ahead of time, our driver brought us to a place only known to the locals. :D It was hidden away deep in the forest... Away from the usual tourist spots, I was able to get a glimpse of how the locals enjoy the nature of Jeju but also escape the tourists. The water was so cold, and the air so fresh. I only wished we had this back in Singapore.

Next stop, after Seongsan Ilchulbong, is.. Seopjikiji Coast. I didn't walk on the trail, so I only got a few photos on the side. To be honest, its beautiful, but it just rocks on the coast to me. Haha. Different people; different views. Spent like 10 mins in this area before heading off.

Back from Korea! First stop... Jeju! Sigh, since we were only here for a day, we only went to the main attractions of Jeju Island. Next time, imma hike up! Went to Seongsan Ilchulbong first, an hour's drive from Shin Jeju (meaning; New Jeju). It was once a volcano, also known as Sunrise Peak, that erupted about 5 thousand years ago according to our driver. I almost died climbing up. Omg. Rested every 10 steps hahaha. I'm sorry, but it seriously felt like I was climbing the some mountain in China with all the Chinese tourists around me at every turn. 

So if there is still anyone that reads my blog...

I know I left this blog empty for so long that most of my viewers have thought I've abandon it. Heh. Sorry. I'm away in Korea until end of this week so watch out! I've been taking some street photography photos and of course some travel ones too! 

Singapore... Gardens by the Bay

Went to Gardens by the Bay with ma friend Beatrice again! ^^ I was so nervous hahahaa, haven't seen her for so long. If I wasn't so deadly tired from playing in Universal Studios two days straight, I don't think I would have fallen asleep. Went out with the fam the next day! All we did was eat! Omg... but at least we have the luxury to eat, so who's complaining. Hehe. Except for my growing stomach. Really enjoying my new lens... Nikon 35mm. These are photos in the Cloud Dome:
